Once a payment transaction is successfully completed, it typically cannot be reversed. However, Batting Warriors offers an exception to this rule under certain conditions. If a Member wishes to cancel a payment, they must send an email to Batting Warriors within 48 hours of executing the transaction. It's important to note that Batting Warriors is not obligated to issue a refund after this period has elapsed. If Batting Warriors choose to grant a refund, it may be subject to cancellation fees and taxes, which will be deducted from the refunded amount at Batting Warriors's discretion.
Additionally, If there is an instance where your card or bank account is charged for a transaction on the Batting Warriors Platform and the credited amount fails to reflect in your Batting Warriors wallet within 48 hours, we urge you to reach out to us. Please contact us at [email protected] using your registered email address. In your message, kindly include your mobile number, the value of the transaction, the date of the transaction, and the transaction ID.
If upon investigation, Batting Warriors discovers that the charged amount was not credited to your Batting Warriors wallet, we commit to processing a refund within 5-7 working days from the receipt of your notification. The refunded amount will be credited directly to your Batting Warriors wallet.
